Issue fixed: Oracle EBS integration with Tivoli Access Mananger

In my earlier post we have seen integrating WebSEAL with Oracle 10g Application Server (OSSO 10g

Refer: Old post

Historically, Tivoli Access Manager was integrated with Oracle 10g Application Server (OSSO 10g). EBS 11i and 12.1 had been integrated with Oracle 10g Application Server (OSSO 10g). Now that OSSO 10g has retired, the challenge of Integrating Tivoli Access Manager with EBS raises.

SSOGen would act as a gateway between IBM Tivoli Access Manager and Oracle EBS. Tivoli Access Manager WebSeal would be installed on SSOGen Server and EBS would be configured to talk to SSOGen.

IBM Tivoli Access Manager Authentication can be enabled for Oracle Applications 11i, R12, and R12.2.

Oracle EBS integrations such as OBIEE, Hyperion/EPM Suite, ADF Applications, WebCenter, Agile would be SSO enabled with Tivoli Access Manager as well.

Other Oracle Products such as Peoplesoft, Siebel, and JD Edwards can be SSO enabled with IBM Tivoli Access Manager through SSOGen Gateway.
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and OID is the default solution for Oracle Applications (EBS) and other Oracle Products such as Oracle Portal, WebCenter, Discover, Oracle BI (OBIEE).

However, if your organization has got IBM Tivoli Access Manager as the strategic SSO solution, then the challenge of configuring Tivoli Access Manager for EBS arises. However, OAM does not integration with Tivoli Access Manager.

SSOGEN would act as a gateway between IBM Tivoli Access Manager and Oracle EBS. SSOGEN would have an IBM Tivoli  WebSEAL running on SSOGen Servers, and SSOGen would read Tivoli AM Session, and iv-user user token and seamlessly work with Oracle Applications, Oracle EBS to complete the SSO Login Process.
